Herbal Body Wellness was founded with a deep commitment to supporting the body’s natural healing process through intentional, personalized care. Leah is a Nebraska native from Omaha who later moved to Arizona, where she studied massage therapy and herbalism. She spent nearly two decades practicing and refining her craft before returning home to Omaha to be closer to family.

In 2020, herbalism became an integral part of her work, allowing plant-based support to be thoughtfully woven into each session. Now located inside West Maple Chiropractic & Wellness, Leah offers massage therapy designed to complement chiropractic care while promoting balance, mobility, and whole- body wellness.

At Herbal Body Wellness, we offer high-quality, customized massage therapy designed to meet each client’s unique needs. Every session begins with a thorough intake to assess areas of tension, imbalance, or concern, allowing treatments to be tailored with intention and care. Naturally sourced ingredients, essential oils, and herbal support may be incorporated to enhance the healing experience, along with options such as warm compresses or hot stones when appropriate. By prioritizing individualized care and thoughtful attention, our goal is to optimize treatment effectiveness, foster meaningful client connections, and support each person in reaching their wellness goals.
